We do not ask for more information that is absolutely required, and we do not allow anyone who does not need to see your details to access our database. We certainly will not sell or give out any private information to third parties, unless it is required as part of carrying out our service to our clients.
Some specific clarifications:
We use cookies to simplify your access to our services, such as the shopping cart. All cookies used on our web site expire within hours of your visit, and they do not store any private information.
We do not store credit card information anywhere on our system, as soon as we process your payment we destroy your card details. Any private information that we do store, is done in the most secure method available and is stored in password protected databases, on fully secured computers.
We do not share, sell, swap or make available any information we gather from you to any third party, unless it is required by law or necessary to carry out the services you have asked us to do on your behalf.
Your email address is used as a primary contact between us and you, but we promise to only use it in appropriate situations. We will use it to send you invoices, renewal notices or to notify you about any changes to our systems that directly affect you.
From time to time, we may also email you if we have specials or introduce new services that we think will be of interest to you, but once again, we promise to do so sparingly, 3 or 4 times a year at most.
